Worship Arts Director in Michigan

The EDGE Urban Church is seeking a Worship Arts Director to join our team with a passion to lead others in the worship of God. The Worship Arts Director will play a key role in leading and cultivating a culture of worship through Christian Hip-Hop and R&B. This individual will collaborate with the Lead Pastor to enhance and support the messages through relevant music selection, stage decoration, and other creative expression.

What you will do:

 Plan and coordinate weekly Spirit-led worship services using multiple mediums and hip-hop elements

 Lead and oversee all worship experiences

 Recruit, train, develop, and coach worship volunteers

 Form worship teams that will serve on a rotational basis

 Provide direction and leadership to worship teams for rehearsals

 Provide leadership to recording studio and tech team leader
