Hotel Package Room Attendant in New York

Job Summary: As a Package Room Attendant, you will be responsible for managing and delivering packages to guests and bringing boxes to the conference room for events. Your role is vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and attention to detail.

We currently have full-time and part time positions available with the schedule as follows:

MON: 9-5

TUES - FRI: 10-6

SATURDAY: 10-5 ( Paid at time and 1/2 if applicant prefers to cover both vacancies)

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and log incoming packages and deliveries accurately.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the package room.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members regarding package status.
• Assist guests with any inquiries related to their packages.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and report any shortages.
