Job Summary: As a Package Room Attendant, you will be responsible for managing and delivering packages to guests and bringing boxes to the conference room for events. Your role is vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and attention to detail.
We currently have full-time and part time positions available with the schedule as follows:
MON: 9-5
TUES - FRI: 10-6
SATURDAY: 10-5 ( Paid at time and 1/2 if applicant prefers to cover both vacancies)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and log incoming packages and deliveries accurately.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to guest rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the package room.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members regarding package status.
- Assist guests with any inquiries related to their packages.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and report any shortages.
- Collaborate with Concierge and front desk teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift packages as heave as 40lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Basic computer skills for package tracking and reporting.
