In this role, you will assist attorneys specializing in litigation and real estate law by conducting research, preparing documents, and managing cases from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of legal processes, and a passion for providing excellent client service.

This position offers competitive compensation, with a starting salary range of $55,000 - 65,000 per year.

Our AmLaw Top 250 client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their New York or New Jersey Offices with solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings and leasing.

Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. 

The position includes direct contact with attorneys, clients and other professionals. Candidates must be detail oriented and have strong problem-solving and planning/organizational skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate

Benefits

• Salary is commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is $76,500 to 162,500

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contracts and loan commitments through closing and post-closing.
• Draft and/or review and analyze all required correspondence and commercial purchase and sale, lease, loan, tax and escrow documents, including, but not limited to: Letters of Intent, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Escrow Instructions, Deeds of Trust, Promissory Notes, Releases of Liens, Continuing Guaranties, Loan Agreements, Environmental Indemnity Agreements, Leases, Estoppel Certificates, UCC forms and Security Agreements.
