Lab Management Software Administrator in Ohio

The Lab Management Software Administrator (LMS) Admin is responsible for activities related to the design, installation, management, and maintenance of applications (Ocuco, Innovations), server systems(physical/virtual) in regard to the manufacturing environment. The support responsibility is shared with the associated hardware and software application vendors.

Responsibilities

• Make adjustments to lens SKUs based off of power results
• Frame and lens uploads
• Setup lens redirects to help with inventory control
• Build base curve and frame charts for lens calculations
• Add machines to machine interface in the Zenni approved format and naming convention
• Add and remove users from LMS accounts
• Work with LMS vendor to establish reporting and processes remote
• Assist production associates with use of LMS
