Branch Manager - Shasta

Are you ready to lead and inspire? We’re looking for a Branch Manager to support the Shasta Public Libraries, which include the Anderson Library, Burney Library, and the Redding Library. You’ll manage the daily operations of a bustling 40,000-square-foot library, working with a team of 30+ part-time and full-time employees.

As the Branch Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team, creating a welcoming space where the community can explore, learn, and connect. You’ll also build strong partnerships with local officials to ensure the libraries remain essential community hubs. This is your chance to make a real difference while driving the Library Systems & Services (LS&S) mission forward.
