Business Development Associate, Strategic Pursuits

We are seeking a proactive and self-sufficient Business Development Associate to support the sourcing and assist in the closing of large six-figure ACV (annual contract value) and above employer opportunities for Tapcheck’s financial wellness platform. Reporting directly to the SVP of Strategic Business Development, the role focuses on leveraging partner relationships and industry knowledge to identify, originate, and assist with closing the largest opportunities that Tapcheck is pursuing.

While the Business Development Associate will not directly close deals, they will play a crucial role in facilitating communication, coordinating with internal teams, and providing support that maximizes the potential for successful outcomes.
