- Focusing on Transition Management to ensure the right length of stay, prevent readmissions, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Care Coordination by demonstrating throughput efficiency while assuring care is sequenced and provided at the appropriate level of care
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
