Coordinator, HR & DEI

Job Overview:  The New York Giants are seeking an experienced Human Resources and DEI Coordinator/Generalist with a winning/positive attitude and an understanding of the daily functions of the HR Department.   The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and coordinating with the Senior Vice President of HR and DEI with all aspects of hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, etc. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers and department heads on overall hiring strategies, to understand skills and competencies required for job openings and to develop job descriptions.
• Create recruiting strategies, promote relationships with universities and industry partners, and increase the diversity of the candidate pool.
