Credit for Prior Learning Manager

As the Credit for Prior Learning Services Manager, you support the development and coordination of all activities related to CPL such as portfolio assessment, challenge exams, assessment of work-based learning, building articulations with faculty for industry credentials or other PLA related activity. You work closely with faculty and business development teams to facilitate workplace learning credit for students through evaluation of industry, organizational, and/or individual training/professional development. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining a streamlined and detailed credit for prior learning assessment (PLA) process and supporting the policies, procedures and guidelines of the program and institution. Through continued growth, monitoring, and development of the program, you provide direction, instilling a strong ethical commitment to excellence, lifelong studies, and the value of online education.
