JJ Buckley Fine Wines, one of the nation's premier on-line fine wine retailers, is looking for a Customer Service Associate to work with our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced customer facing individual, will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and has an empathetic, problem-solving approach to helping customers!

• Resolve customer issues regarding shipments, order inquiries, including making special arrangements
