JJ Buckley Fine Wines, one of the nation's premier on-line fine wine retailers, is looking for a Customer Service Associate to work with our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced customer facing individual, will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and has an empathetic, problem-solving approach to helping customers!
What will you be doing?
- Resolve customer issues regarding shipments, order inquiries, including making special arrangements
- Nurture customer relationships through inbound phone, email and chat channels. Gather insight from customer interaction to help improve services and customer benefits.
- Act as a customer advocate by resolving customer initiated cases in a high quality and timely manner
- Project a professional company image through in-person, phone and email interaction
- Coordinate between the Sales Department and the Warehouse Team to insure seamless processes for customers
- Leverage customer service interactions into selling opportunities
Requirements
What will our ideal candidate bring to the table?
- Minimum of two years in customer service or sales, customer facing roles
- ECommerce, direct to consumer experience preferred
- Knowledge of the wine industry a plus
- Experience using NetSuite, or other ERP systems
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and computer aptitude
- Ability to learn new software
- Must have ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and able to adhere to strict deadlines
- Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Provide good verbal and written communications to all levels of management, both internally and externally
- A high level of organization, ability to prioritize and self-initiative
- Work effectively in team environment
