Database Marketing Specialist

Coordinates the handling of all special acknowledgements for Honoraria/Memorial Gifts and special thank you notes. This includes letters for gifts given in memory of deceased persons or in honor of individuals. Prepares acknowledgements for the donor(s) of the gift(s) and writes to the family or honorees to inform them a gift has been given in memory of their loved ones or in their honor. Creates all monthly acknowledgement letters for the organization as well as creates new letters (quarterly) for tribute gifts.

Completes all correspondence thank-you notes that are considered non-standard. Assists Senior Director, Direct Marketing with invoicing, check requests and cost analysis.
