Dojo Hangar - a place where our teams come to receive coaching, learn new ways of working, develop their design thinking, product mindset and excel technically. In the Hangar we bring product leaders, engineers, airport staff, and customers together to collectively build the most customer centric capabilities while improving how we work simultaneously - to rapidly deliver customer value faster than ever before. Teams work on their existing backlogs in highly focused 2.5 days sprints and spend most of their time pairing - but dedicated time is given to learning and experimentation. Our coaches are subject matter experts who immerse with the teams and provide active feedback.
