The Lead Barista is responsible for overseeing daily coffee shop operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality beverage preparation. This role involves leading and training the barista team, managing inventory, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate will quickly be able to adapt to the brand, values, and culture of the company, evoking passion and excitement for the process with all involved while providing an upbeat and positive client and team experience. The Lead Barista is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support to the team, as well as making schedules, enforcing procedures, making sure the cafe is running efficiently, be the point of contact between staff & upper management, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
