Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Lead Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We have openings at our Yonkers, NY location.

• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 7AM - 3PM
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Lead Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Weehawken locations in NJ.

The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas including, but not limited to:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
• Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination
• Check-in and announce incoming guests
• Receiving packages and deliveries
• Resolve complaints from residents/guests
• Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
• Folding and washing towels
• Light organization/cleaning of assigned work...
