Loan Processing Manager

Job Type: Full Time / On Site

Responsibilities:

• Review commercial and consumer loan requests submitted by lending personnel for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare commercial and consumer loan document packages for all commercial and consumer loan requests to include all real estate and non-real estate requests
• Process commercial and consumer extensions, admin renewals, modifications, change in terms, release/substitute collateral, and subordination documents
• Review loan packages for accuracy and correct errors before releasing documents to lenders
• Use loan processing software and other bank software (LaserPro, Fiserv Navigator, Word and Excel) effectively
• Apply basic processing skills and banking terms
• Apply basic knowledge of loan documentation, loan policy and compliance procedures to generate accurate and complete loan packages within department time standards
