Maintenance Team Member

Champions Run RV Resort is a brand-new RV resort with top-of-the-line amenities located in Ocala, FL, and we are looking for friendly and team-oriented Maintenance/Guest Service applicants to join our team! As a proud provider of outdoor recreational activities and camping opportunities, we strive to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience. As a maintenance team member, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for upkeeping maintenance of the grounds and facilities, maintaining plumbing and electrical systems, and performing routine inspections to ensure safety. Previous experience in groundskeeping, plumbing, electrical and pool maintenance preferred. Compensation includes competitive pay for all hours worked, in addition to a free RV site. Requirements

1. Under the direction of the facilities manager, perform necessary repairs to the building’s systems and components, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems and other related equipment and systems throughout the facility.

2. Under the direction of the facilities manager, perform preventive maintenance on all components related to the buildings mechanical systems, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems and other related equipment and systems

3. Under the direction of the facilities manager perform basic duties such as drywall/plaster repair and painting, furniture assembly and relocation, changing lights and/or fixtures.
