Mental Health Program Manager

We are looking for a Mental Health Program Manager to join our team! Relieve Care's mental health treatment programs deliver specialized, complex, and highly professional services that are integrated across the entire geographic area of which we serve and significantly affect the overall health care provided to our consumers. The main objective of your role as a program manager at Relieve Care will be to ensure facility reporting effectiveness and monitor/maintain the achievement of mental health performance measures.

The Adult Program Manager will report directly to the Clinical Director.  This position will direct and manage the daily operation of the adult outpatient counseling program. This includes: providing administrative supervision to staff, managing quality assurance of services provided and documentation completed, overseeing the operational functioning of administrative staff, and contributing as needed to ensure that the daily operations of the program are functional.

Essential Duties

• Assess the need for and coordinate treatment team meetings, as needed.
• Assist the Clinical Director in organizing, planning, and running all mandatory general staff meetings, administrative meetings, QACC meetings, supervisor meetings, and QAOC meetings.
• Follow all ethical standards set forth by DHS/OOL and his/her related counseling board.
