Operations and Facilities Associate

Job Summary: The Operations and Facilities Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operational and facility needs of the organization. This role ensures that the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently, and maintains a safe, functional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors at Wantable facilities. Must have your own vehicle and the flexibility to occasionally drive to the Wantable Fulfillment Center in Milwaukee for various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of office spaces, equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs and other facility services.
• Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
