Sales Operations Team Lead

The Sales Operations Team Lead role is part of a team selling structure, requiring close collaboration with Manufacturing, Sales Teams, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure a seamless customer experience while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.

Essential Job Functions include the following, but are not limited to:

• Leads a team to ensure that sales and service operations tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Responsible for ensuring team is processing of sales orders, quotes and inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Assists with service coordination and generation of service RMAs and service part numbers.
• Ensures part numbers are created as needed, verifies RFQs and converts them into Sales quotes.
