Salesforce/Business Process Architect

The Salesforce/Business Process Architect is a senior technical position reporting to the Director of IT Platforms. We are looking for a specialist who will be given a wide degree of creativity and latitude to help implement the IT department’s Business Process objectives with a focus on Salesforce as the primary platform. The Business Process Architect’s responsibility will be to analyze the processes in the company, design CRM structures and flows in Salesforce and other platforms and provide custom solutions for specific business requirements.

The candidate must be familiar with business process concepts, have strong communications skills and have the ability to work with users to understand and engineer process requirements before translating them into Salesforce structures and flows.
