Bridge33 Capital is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate private equity firm focused on open-air retail real estate.  The Company recently raised $458 MM in its latest opportunistic fund, marking a key milestone for the company.

We are seeking a VP of CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT and TENANT COORDINATION who will be responsible for directing and managing the overall strategic direction of the construction and tenant coordination team, as well as providing oversight for all construction projects, including planning, management, coordination, estimating and financial control to achieve overall project success.  This role is preferably in-person based out of our Seattle, Denver or Cleveland office.
