Leads Manager in Utah

We are looking for someone who is a strategist, someone who works well under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment, can communicate well and has excellent leadership skills. The suitable candidate will oversee and manage a department of 6 individuals, all reporting to them. They will oversee the function and process in which the department runs. This department’s focus is to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities, this will include lead sourcing, qualification, nurturing and conversion. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will report to the three Division Directors.
