Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing and collections.
- Monitor customer accounts on a regular basis to identify outstanding debts.
- Resolve any discrepancies related to invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming payments and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth billing process.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
- Assist in developing and implementing AR policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar financial role.

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
