Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience managing digital products, leveraging analytics tools to drive revenue and profitability.

As the Growth Manager, what you'll do:
- Digital Interaction Optimization: Utilize digital tools to analyze customer interactions across our digital platform. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the user experience and drive revenue growth.
- P&L Ownership: Take ownership of the P&L management of our B2B and B2C web product, encompassing all transactions, regardless of client scale. Drive revenue growth, optimize gross margin, and contribute to overall profitability.
- Continuous Assessment: Proactively challenge and assess product features, compliance requirements, payment methods alternatives, and other critical aspects against industry leaders like Wise, Revolut, Brex, and Airwallex to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
- Regional Portfolio Optimization: Work closely with Regional leaders to ensure growth strategies are aligned with local capabilities and market conditions. Optimizing the servicing of our different segment of clients using our web platform, balancing digital capabilities and human-provided support .
- Activation and Retention Optimization: Take a holistic approach to improving activation and retention of both existing and new users. Proactively identify opportunities for enhancement, spanning from product changes to email campaigns to process improvements. Serve as a versatile problem-solver, employing a range of strategies to boost these critical metrics and drive sustained user engagement and loyalty
- Revenue-Driven Roadmap Development: Collaborate closely with the product team, leveraging insights from revenue data to inform prioritization of feature development. Provide strategic guidance on which features to build next based on their potential impact on revenue generation and business growth.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of experience in product, growth, business operations, consulting, or finance. Great if you have experience at a fast-paced startup. You can quickly use data, qualitative insights, and your understanding of our product and users to develop and prioritize a growth roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A Growth mentality with structured problem-solving skills. You obsess over finding novel ways to drive revenue and eke out as much yield as possible from a given funnel. We place a big emphasis on creativity, matched with the ability to break down an ambiguous problem into solvable components.
- Be an expert in data manipulation - sorting, searching, filtering, aggregating, enriching, and joining
- Be fluent with Amplitude
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills. You have an eye for good email & ad copy, and know how to get in the heads of our customers. This is not primarily a writing role, but you will be expected to produce your own campaigns and copy.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves. You will launch campaigns from end to end and monitor performance.
- Taking the initiative is second nature to you. Without prompting, you’ll dive deep into quantitative and qualitative signals throughout the funnel to find challenges and solutions.
- Bias to speed. We move very quickly, and will expect you to set a similar pace for your function.
