Full Job Description
Help Desk / Service Desk Specialist providing 24/7 Hlep Desk Support to the USMC. Help Desk Specialist responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users. Ensures a timely process though which problems are controlled. Includes problem recognition, research, isolation, resolutions, and follow-up steps. Candidate will be working at the Operating Forces Tactical Systems Support Center at Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity Camp Pendleton, CA. This service center is a secure classified environment. The applicant is responsible to quickly field, diagnose, and route telephone calls from the Operating Forces to C4I analysts in the workplace. Tactical / commercial C4I systems knowledge and customer service skills are a must.
Help Desk Specialsts will be required to work rotating shifts which amy include nights and weekends.
Requirements
Active DoD Sponosred Security Clearance
2+ Years Help Desk Support and Troubleshooting Past working experience with C4I Systems and USMC preferred.
Certifications:
CompTIA SEC+ CE
