Full Job Description

RoseRyan, a well-established accounting firm located in Silicon Valley, is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join their team. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function and providing comprehensive HR services to employees and managers throughout the organization.

As an HR Generalist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full cycle of talent acquisition, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and smooth transition into the organization.
  • Process high volume LOA's
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Facilitate the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Administer HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Range: $50/hr - 65/hr
