This role will report to the Chief Development Officer and will oversee a team of fundraisers and manage their own portfolio - cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donors (including family foundations) giving between $25,000 and $1MM+. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic environment and demonstrate proactive leadership and support with an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Ensure monthly cultivation, solicitation and stewardship targets and timely engagement records in Salesforce
- Work closely with the Donor Operations team to construct comparative reports to track fundraising results (month over month, and year over year)
- Oversee priority projects, campaigns and strategies - providing clear input on some and leading on others
- Supervise and support a team with their dedicated portfolios and guide best practices for engagement and year-round relationship building
- Represent WCK in speaking engagements, conferences, and other opportunities
