Interactive Strategies is a DC-based digital agency whose strength lies in understanding the complex relationship between strategy, design, content, usability, technology and marketing.

We are looking for an intern who takes initiative, is tenacious and has a can-do attitude. You will have both daily responsibilities and larger initiatives to work on. Your job will require strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt on the move.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an Operations & HR Intern include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Quarterly performance review administration
- Weekly timesheet management
- Manage Zoom storage
- Employee appreciation and engagement initiatives
- Daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks
- Maintain company Intranet
- Keep office organized and stocked
- Create and manage computer tracking process
- Assist with recruiting and scheduling
- Implement file storage system and assist with employee record management
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Crosscheck Teamwork project data to contracts
- Assist executive leadership team as needed
- Run errands as needed
Requirements
We don’t necessarily care how much experience you have; more important is the enthusiasm and talent you bring to the table. While hours are flexible and could change, we are looking for someone who is available to work for approximately twenty-four hours a week (3 days). Please note this person must be able to come into the DC office twice a week - exact hours are variable.
