Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is highly personable, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by following company procedures and policies
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
• Provide proactive solutions to anticipate and address customer needs
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent service
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and patient in dealing with difficult customers
• Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers
