Customer Service Representative

Cacesa is a fast-growing company that specializes in providing excellent customer service to its clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing support and assistance to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Answering inquiries and providing information to customers about our products and services
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting customers in placing orders and processing returns and exchanges
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery times
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining customer records and updating account information as necessary
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggesting relevant changes to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient in using customer service software and systems
