We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers. In this role, you will interact with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns or exchanges
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to achieve customer satisfaction
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
