Customer Service Rep- Tampa $19/hr

We're looking for full-time Customer Service Reps to join our already amazing Team. APPLY NOW if:
- You have experience speaking to customers telephonically to provide information about products and services, while updating electronic records simultaneously.
- You are able to individually manage an investigation of customer concerns by coordinating and communicating with other departments, which include Managers, Teammates and Clients.
- You have keyboard and listening skills.
- You can keep your cool under any circumstance.
- You are reliable and strong attendance history.
- You bilingual- Spanish speaker not required but a PLUS
- You are a good team player! You come to work, you're professional and have a positive attitude.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Keyboard typing skills with the ability to type and talk to customers simultaneously
- Must be able to type 40-60 wpm
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, if needed
