Inside Sales Representative

BATH + DESIGN is a leading provider of high-quality bathroom fixtures and design services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their product inquiries, recommending the best solutions for their needs, and driving sales growth.

As an Inside Sales representative, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and establishing lasting relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, providing product information, and giving recommendations based on their requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining accurate customer records.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. You will also need to have excellent listening and problem-solving skills, as you will need to understand the customer's needs and find suitable solutions. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for accurately recording customer information and processing orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings
• Recommend the most suitable products based on customer requirements and preferences
• Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer service setting
• Strong knowledge of bathroom fixtures and design concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
