Full Job Description
Uptown Community Resources is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with potential customers over the phone and via email. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through outbound calls and emails
- Qualify prospects and identify their needs and pain points
- Promote and sell our products or services to potential customers
- Nurture relationships with leads and move them through the sales funnel
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and products
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
