We are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Specialist who will improve customer experience and retention while evaluating customer needs and resolving issues! We are intentional in looking for diverse candidates, and we will train you! We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist that will:
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Grow our book of business by:
- Providing exceptional customer care for our current customer base.
- Evaluating customer needs and resolving customer issues via phone, text, or e-mail.
- Help save appointments from customers requesting to cancel services.
- Collect balances from customers on inbound and outbound calls.
- Partner and Collaborate with our Sales team:
- Offer additional services to our customers and transferring calls to the sales team.
- Scheduling customer appointments for in-home quotes.
- Handling sales calls for team when needed.
- Communicate effectively.

Day-to-Day Expectations will include:
- Utilizing our CRM system to manage leads, track sales activity, and update customer information.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Computer experience and is able to type accurately, while interacting with a customer (approx. 35 words per minute).
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
- Proven track record successfully handling customer service calls.
