Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to documents.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in budgeting and financial tracking of departmental expenses and office supplies.
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables, and liaising with team members.
- Develop and implement office procedures and best practices to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team..
