OLI Outdoor is looking for a remote Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a leading outdoor construction company, we take pride in creating exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients. The Customer Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent support throughout the customer journey.
In this remote position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.)
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and product support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer concerns
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or related roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with CRM software and knowledge of customer service best practices
