Recruiting Coordinator
Overland Park, KS
HR-Rethought is an HR consulting firm based out of Overland Park, KS with clients all over the country. We partner with small businesses (first employee to over 200 employees) and function as their HR and Recruiting team – just outsourced. Our clients are across many different industries - from manufacturing and engineering to retail services.
We are growing and are looking to add a Recruiting Assistant to our team that will spend time supporting our recruiting team onsite in our Overland Park, Kansas office. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, has outgoing, professional communication skills, takes direction well, is resourceful, and has similar or recruiting related experience.
We are looking for the following type of person:

- Juggler - Have the ability to multitask and work on many positions for different clients while creating and documenting processes and progress.

We are looking for someone with the following skillset:
Recruiting/Administrative Support
As part of our talented recruiting team, it will be your responsibility to support a variety of recruiting functions, ensuring recruiting processes perform smoothly and candidates have the absolute best experience with our team and our clients’ teams.
Your responsibilities could include:
- Reviewing resumes and forwarding to recruiters
- Scheduling/coordinating interviews with internal and external teams
- Maintaining recruiting and candidate files
- Performing follow-up and providing candidates with updates
- Posting job advertisements
- Updating job descriptions
- Assisting in creating recruiting related templates
