4RFasteners is a family-owned business that provides fasteners.
As an outside sales contractor, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English or Spanish (if applicable) to expand market reach.
Requirements
- Outside sales experience of at least 2+ years
- Located in the Louisville, Kentucky market or geographically adjacent
- A willingness to travel
- Experience with fastener or similar product preferred ( Nuts, Washers, Screws, Concrete Anchors, Grinding Discs, Cut-off Wheels, Hex Head Cap Screws, Structural Bolts, Tension Control Bolts, Flange Bolts)
- Selling to businesses that consume fastener products ( Heavy Construction, HVAC Equipment & Supplies, Industrial Materials & Supplies, Industrial & Commercial Machinery, Specialty Manufacturing Industries)
Benefits
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role
- Average sale value (ASV) range of $500 to $10,000
- 10% commission
- Expected OTE in excess of $100,000
