Genialis is scaling up its business and strategic partnerships both in the US and internationally. To fuel this growth, we're looking for a Marketing and Sales Associate. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this role will be integral to our commercial team’s efforts in connecting with biopharma and diagnostic companies, driving the adoption of Genialis’ technology products, biomarker algorithms, and service offerings.
This role is a perfect fit for someone with hands-on experience in oncology, -omics technologies, and a solid background working with biopharma and biotech companies. We need someone with a proven track record in both marketing and sales within oncology, who isn’t afraid to dive in, take initiative, and help accelerate our growth in key markets.

Responsibilities
- Support the commercial team’s mandate to grow Genialis’ product sales and revenue
- Support new client acquisition through ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage CRM for leads management and deal progression through sales funnel
- Research relevant market opportunities and market intelligence on new and existing competitors
- Attend relevant conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Develop and maintain relationships across professional and social networks and key connections in the life science industry
- Work within defined department-level and company-wide processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing/sales roles in biotech/pharma /diagnostic industries
- Bachelor and/or Graduate degrees in Life Sciences and Business Administration
- Record of commercial success in the biotechnology/ biopharma space
- Working knowledge of cancer biology and NGS methods
- Familiarity with drug development, especially biomarkers, companion diagnostics, and the emerging use cases of Artificial Intelligence
- Solid understanding of biotechnology/pharmaceutical media sources, conferences, and other marketing related spaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot (CRM), GSuite, Slack, MailChimp etc.
