Full Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive for their Project Management Practice. This individual should be a high-energy "hunter" with an excellent track record in identifying and closing new business opportunities. The right candidate will have a strong strategic approach to expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and leveraging their extensive industry network to open doors to new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively seek out and secure new clients in target markets.
- Execute business development strategies to grow the Project Management Practice.
- Leverage an established professional network to pursue and close high-value opportunities.
- Formulate go-to-market strategies to expand into new accounts and industries.
- Consistently meet or exceed new business and revenue goals.
- Apply innovative sales techniques to grow market presence and increase revenue from high-value accounts.
- Maintain a proactive, “hunter” mentality, consistently prospecting and closing new business deals.
Requirements
- Experience in PMP consulting
- At least 10 years BD experience in Architecture/Construction, Heavy Industrial, Manufacturing, or Oil and Gas industries.
- At least 5 years experience in Services BDM.
- PMP services sales experience.
- Revenue driving in EPC
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Up to 50% travel within US to meet with customers.
- Experience with MS Suite.
