R2Net is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
The Associate Recruiter will play a vital role supporting the recruitment process within R2Net. As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates while partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify top talent and prioritize business needs. As a core function of your role, you will engage in candidate outreach, maintain recruiting databases and provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. In your role as an Associate Recruiter, you will work to create a lasting and positive impact on the greater candidate experience, assisting with the ongoing growth of the business while developing your brand as an HR professional.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple lines of business, primarily focusing on entry-level, non-exempt and individual contributor roles. This may include writing compelling job descriptions, marketing R2Net’s brand to attract top talent, advising key stakeholders on the recruiting process and assisting/leading with the onboarding process.
- Facilitate candidate communications from initial sourcing and screening to final scheduling and offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the unique business needs of each department
- Develop and maintain both active and passive candidate pipelines within Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday – prior experience is a plus!
- Actively manage all administrative functions of the recruiting process – including but not limited to maintaining accurate recruiting reports and ensuring the completion of pre-hire tasks.
- Assist with HR initiatives – such as coordinating and attending company job fairs, as well as owning additional admin functions as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write and edit professionally within internal and external communications
- Understanding of programs such as Workday, Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- 0-1 years experience in corporate or agency recruiting

Base pay $62,500 - $68,000 Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
