Full Job Description
The Event Coordinator will support the organization and execution of events using the Tripleseat platform, email and in-person meetings. This role involves assisting with event logistics, client communication, and administrative tasks to ensure successful event management.
The ideal candidate will quickly be able to adapt to the brand, values, and culture of the company, evoking passion and excitement for the process with all involved while providing an upbeat and positive client and team experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, recoding all event details into BEOs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences. Update booking documents with approved information.
- Manage event details, including guest lists, seating arrangements, timelines and vendor information. Record information to disseminate to the internal team.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Input and update event information in the Tripleseat system.
- Assist with venue walk throughs as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.
- Confirm event payments with accounting.
- Maintain relationships and communications with internal departments, external vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tripleseat, Prismm and MS Office.
- Background in event planning, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $65,000 - 75,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
