Csk Electric is a leading provider of electrical services, dedicated to delivering superior solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
As a Call Center Supervisor, you will lead a team of customer service representatives, monitoring their performance, providing coaching and feedback, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate for this position has demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong customer service orientation. You should have previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives
- Monitor call center performance and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train new employees on call center policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a call center environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
