Full Job Description
Our client, a leader in the retail industry, is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers while increasing revenue streams.
Remote, based in Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chief Revenue Officer or in a similar leadership role in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and skills
