Polyonics Rubber Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs and providing them with personalized support. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to onboard new customers, deliver product demonstrations, and provide training on the features and functionality of our rubber products. Additionally, you will proactively monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer relationship management. You should be able to quickly build rapport with customers and address their concerns in a timely and effective manner. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role and a deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Onboard new customers and provide them with product demonstrations and training.
- Proactively monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with market developments and competitive landscape.
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer success metrics and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and address their concerns.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
