Full Job Description
KeystoneCare is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the human resources functions within our organization.
KeystoneCare is a dedicated nonprofit organization providing a full continuum of in-home healthcare services. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our patients and their families by offering services such as home health, palliative medicine, hospice, and private duty homecare.
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with Senior Leadership and other team members to ensure that KeystoneCare maintains a positive and supportive work environment for all employees.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise recruiter and ensure execution of full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring completion of all required paperwork and trainings
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on employee policies and procedures
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment, including EEO, FMLA, and ADA
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
- Develop and execute employee engagement plans
- Monitor and respond to Unemployment Compensation and Worker's Compensation claims
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption
- Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption
