Location: Better Collision Rock Hill
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
As a Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by performing a wide range of administrative and customer-facing duties. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their needs while maintaining organized and efficient office operations.
Customer Interaction & Support:
- Greet customers warmly, smile, and ensure they feel welcomed
- Direct customers to lobby tablets for self-service check-in
- Manage customer phone calls, relay messages, and handle inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate rental arrangements with ERAC
- Checkout customers upon pickup and collect payments
- Conduct post-repair follow-up survey calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on open opportunities and missed appointments to reschedule or cancel as needed
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CCC, ERAC systems experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Familiarity with automotive repair or rental systems is a plus
- Experience with invoicing, receipts, and payment processing
